About the Role

ACV is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Order Management Systems platform. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and reliable order flow from capture to financial settlement, powering internal tools and event streams critical to business operations. You will drive the order-to-settlement layer, setting strategy for order checkout and settlement, directly impacting revenue recognition accuracy, operational throughput, and data confidence across the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the OMS platform end to end, including the financial aggregation layer feeding NetSuite settlement and accounting, internal order management tools, and event producers.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Finance, Internal Operations, and downstream product teams.
  • Partner with engineering and Finance to define accurate, auditable settlement, reconciliation, and revenue recognition flows.
  • Partner with engineering to define dependable event schemas, delivery guarantees, and integration contracts.
  • Define and own platform SLAs for order throughput, event delivery latency, settlement accuracy, and reconciliation completeness.
  • Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to internal ops tooling investments, validating assumptions through structured rollouts, user feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability across the transactional layer, including idempotency, reconciliation, event replay, and recovery.
  • Translate complex transactional flows into actionable insights for product prioritization and unblocking internal customers.
  • Improve operational throughput and reduce manual work for ops teammates by identifying and prioritizing high-leverage workflow improvements.
  • Guide product strategy by evaluating and communicating trade-offs between system complexity, time-to-market, and risk.
  • Set and defend the 6–12 month roadmap across Order Management, ERP/Settlement integration, and Event Orchestration.
  • Act as the domain authority for order-to-settlement, making architecture and sequencing calls.
  • Articulate and advocate for platform strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including platform, financial systems, or order management product areas.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product line or multiteam domain, setting strategy for other teams.
  • Evidence of org-level influence, leading a 0-to-1 initiative or a major platform re-architecture at scale.
  • Experience owning order management, financial settlement, or transactional platform product areas, including ERP integration (NetSuite a plus), event-driven architectures, and internal operations tooling.
  • Strong understanding of transactional system hygiene (idempotency, reconciliation, event delivery semantics, data lineage).
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing automation or system improvements that reduce manual ops effort, accelerate financial close, or improve event reliability.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of complex, technical platform products, driving measurable business impact.
  • Ability to drive product strategy by translating complex transactional and financial flows into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on proficiency in SQL, structured rollout and validation design, and platform metrics architecture.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams and non-engineering internal customers (Finance, Operations).
  • Agile experience and release planning prioritization skills.
  • Presentation skills to simplify complex systems for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven mentorship of other PMs, setting product craft standards; formal or dotted-line people leadership is a strong plus.
  • No immigration or work visa sponsorship provided for this position.
