About the Role

As a mandatory intern for our Administration team, you will support daily office operations and gain insights into the diverse administrative processes of an internationally active non-profit organization. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the workings of an international foundation within a supportive, collegial team.

Responsibilities

  • Support all areas of administration for a non-profit organization and daily office operations.
  • Assist with preparatory tasks in the finance department, such as document review.
  • Support administrative HR processes, including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and internal processes.
  • Assist with internal projects and organizational tasks.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of office spaces, workstations, and meeting/event rooms.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, guests, and external service providers.
  • Maintain files, lists, and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree program that requires a mandatory internship.
  • Work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner.
  • Interest in administrative processes and organizational procedures.
  • Sufficient German and English language skills (at least conversational level).
  • Enjoy teamwork and service-oriented collaboration.
