About the Role

We need your skills for our creative department "navos create". You will support our team of print, UX/UI, and motion designers in creating communication measures that turn heads, stretch necks, and align ears.

Responsibilities

• Independent conception and design of user-centered interfaces and digital products
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests, and derive concrete design recommendations
• Development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Direct interface with clients and colleagues on all questions regarding interface and interaction design
• Responsibility for sub-projects and close collaboration with development, conception, and project management in agile teams
• Creation and expansion of design systems and consistent UI libraries
• Technical support and feedback for junior colleagues in the team

Requirements

• Completed degree with a focus on UX/UI design or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience (approx. 2-4 years) in UX/UI design, ideally in an agency environment
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe
• Experience in conducting and evaluating user research, usability, and A/B tests
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Understanding of clients' business and brand goals and experience in direct client contact
• Experience in managing (sub-)projects and external service providers, with a solid understanding of project controlling, budgets, and economic profitability
• Strong communication skills, ability to handle criticism, and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good German and good English skills
