About the Role
XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, employee scheduling, inventory, and closing duties.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by General Manager
- Manage employee schedules based on payroll hours
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Manage cores and defects
- Handle shipping and receiving of merchandise
- Assemble and fill customer orders within a 45-minute window
- Perform inventory and cycle counts
- Schedule contract drivers based on business needs
- Answer customer questions and address complaints
- Perform store opening and closing duties
- Handle cash, cash counts, and deposits
- Stock and pull parts
- Answer phones
- Maintain store cleanliness, including the front counter
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure a safe work environment
- Supervise one or more employees
- Assign work duties as needed
Requirements
- High School Degree or GED
- 3 to 4 years of warehouse experience or similar discipline
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Must own a vehicle
- Must pass a criminal background and drug screen
