Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Ability to speak English and Spanish with appropriate volume and clarity.
- Experience with switchboard console operations.
- Computer experience.
- Ability to remain calm during tense situations.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to follow and provide direction/information.
- Excellent hearing with near acuity.
- Vision clarity including reading from a computer-sized screen.
