About the Role

As a member of the Mailroom team, you will be responsible for a variety of essential Mail Center activities, including sorting, metering, and delivery of mail, encompassing both inbound and outbound delivery tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, meter, and deliver mail.
  • Handle inbound and outbound delivery tasks.
  • Lift items weighing up to 55 lbs, including boxes, paper, and files.
  • Maintain a high level of customer care with a friendly and cooperative attitude.
  • Adhere to established business procedure guidelines.
  • Follow all safety procedures diligently.
  • Take direction from the site manager or team lead.
  • Engage in cross-training opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate inbound and outbound logs.
  • Operate mail, copy machines, and scanning equipment effectively.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Handle time-sensitive materials and confidential packages with care.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
