About the Role
COTA is hiring Grand Opening CREW Members to shape the operations of COTALAND before the park opens. This role involves commissioning rides, preparing facilities, stocking inventory, and running practice scenarios, influencing future operational standards. You will also receive training in guest experience and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Operate rides and attractions, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
- Commission rides.
- Prepare kitchens, dining rooms, and retail stores.
- Stock inventory.
- Run practice scenarios.
- Influence operational standards.
- Provide training and development in guest experience and operational support.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments throughout the year.
- Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels.
