About the Role

Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services, thriving in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus. This role involves building meaningful connections with customers, uncovering their needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. It is a learning role where you will build required skills and assist the Retail Store Manager in operational duties.

Responsibilities

Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
Help customers by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships where all employees are accountable for the company's success.
Provide first-class customer experience in a positive environment.

Requirements

Prior wireless sales experience.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
Reliable transportation.
