About the Role

Propark Mobility is hiring Booth Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves greeting members and guests, monitoring facility access, and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner while monitoring access to the facility.
• Check vehicle tags, parking permits, or other required credentials to ensure only authorized Bridge Golf Course members and approved guests enter the parking area.
• Maintain an accurate daily log of vehicles entering and exiting the facility, including member/guest information as required.
• Monitor parking activity and promptly report unauthorized vehicles, missing tags, or other access issues to management.
• Communicate any unusual incidents, customer concerns, or security issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
• The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear.
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.
