About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel at either a large site or multiple small sites to ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders.
• Ensure overall quality of the items delivered.
• Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet established production schedules and service levels.
• Create all needed paperwork, complete all required functions, and electronically receive finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory functions.
• Meet customer needs and expectations by ensuring product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions align with or exceed expectations.
• Conduct site audits and annual physical inventory.
• Regularly interact with management, sales, and customers on functional matters.
• Travel to new site locations within the region to train staff, establish procedures, and evaluate customer needs.
• Manage day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
• Hire staff, recommend pay increases, perform performance reviews, train and develop staff, estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion dates, and interpret/ensure consistent application of organizational policies.

Requirements

• $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual
