About the Role

We are looking for a dishwasher to support our culinary team throughout our extensive food and beverage operations. Under the direction of our Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen stays clean and organized.
• Set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning machines.
• Load and unload dishes from dish machines.
• Wash all pans and utensils that come into contact with food.
• Scrape identifiers off dishes.
• Place cleaned dishes on drying racks.
• Put away dry dishes into cabinets and on shelves.
• Comply with all Archive standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing, bending, climbing stairs, and carrying 35 pounds.
