About the Role
The Department of Clinical Laboratories at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Clinical Lab Technologist / TH Clinical Laboratory Technologist 2, Blood Bank.
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of blood bank testing, including ABO/Rh Typing, Crossmatching, and antibody detection and identification with follow-ups.
- Maintain quality control of equipment and reagents.
- Manage meticulous record-keeping and utilize follow-up skills.
- Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as required.
