Responsibilities

  • Oversee client relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving and providing client services.
  • Demonstrate The Trade Desk's value by providing innovative solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
  • Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts.
  • Develop trusting and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals based on company vision and values, and track progress of portfolio revenue goals.
  • Become involved in product development by identifying solutions for client business objectives and serving as a liaison between clients and the product team.
  • Communicate effectively by solving business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating to drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital advertising experience
  • Experience in developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

Salary/Compensations

  • $92,500—$169,600 USD
