About the Role

Aniva Health is revolutionizing health diagnostics by enabling pharmacies to offer blood testing services. We provide the test kits, accredited lab services, logistics, physician-approved reports, and a dedicated app, all under the pharmacy's brand. This role is crucial for scaling our operations as pharmacies gain new capabilities to sell preventative health services.

Responsibilities

• Call pharmacies to initiate contact and build the foundation for closing deals.
• Engage pharmacy owners to understand their needs and overcome objections.
• Identify potential clients and manage your assigned territory (city, cohort).
• Analyze call outcomes to inform Go-To-Market strategies.
• Participate in meetings from initial contact to signed agreements.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for making phone calls is essential.
• High motivation and resilience against rejection.
• Interest in an early-stage startup environment.
• Native-level German language proficiency (C2 or native speaker).
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Currently enrolled in a university program (any field).
• Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Interest in the healthcare market, pharmacies, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Prior experience with Claude Code is a plus.
