About the Role
Deliver an outstanding customer experience to valued clients, their loved ones, and community healthcare practitioners. Prioritize comfort and attention, ensuring clients feel welcome and taken care of. Drive behind-the-scenes efficiency and processes, and collaborate with store and warehouse colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of clients and visitors on-site.
- Manage and prioritize telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Work closely with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration.
- Update databases and schedule technician appointments.
- Arrange for the pick-up and delivery of equipment.
- Manage details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated.
- Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client records, is complete and accurate.
Requirements
- Worked in a call center, customer service, or office environment, responding to competing demands and prioritizing tasks.
