Behavioral Milestones is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide naturalistic, play-based therapy in clients' homes and communities. We foster a connected team culture that values creativity and real-world engagement over rigid programs.
Responsibilities
- Turn everyday moments into high-impact learning opportunities for the client.
- Collect accurate data without disrupting the natural flow of the session.
- Collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure functional, real-world success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home ABA experience required.
- Must be creative and see every environment as a classroom.
- Must value high clinical standards and implement supervisor feedback for growth.
