Responsibilities
- Actively sell relevant insurance products and services during all appropriate interactions, closing sales and meeting scorecard goals.
- Proactively recommend bundled insurance policies to grow book of business and meet defined goals/targets.
- Actively promote and sell CSAA products by leveraging in-depth knowledge of their offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure all insurance applications, policy documents, and client records are completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Regularly audit work to identify and correct errors and stay updated on changes in insurance laws and guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by offering the best possible advice and solutions to clients.
- Offer a Club focused sales approach and continuously promote all Club products/services.
- Effectively sell AAA memberships to meet/exceed outlined expectations.
Requirements
- Responsible to obtain and maintain the required license or certification in an active status.
- Able to display working knowledge of carrier offerings, processes, and requirements.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, & events as required by business need/Leadership directive.
- Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems.
- Must be able to resolve problems and work under pressure to diffuse member concerns.
- Work under pressure during periods of high volume.
- Ability to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service.
- Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone.
- Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs.
Salary/Compensations
- $43,680 – 47,840 base rate + $15,000 - $20,000+ of commission opportunity (based on performance) in 1st year
- Typical First Year On-Track Earnings (OTE) For Performing Advisors: $60,000 - $65,000/year
