This role functions as a commissioned Brand Ambassador for IST Management, advocating for the company and networking with legal professionals to drive new revenue partnerships. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy entertaining and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for IST Management, working alongside the C suite and executive sales team to network with contacts, organize events, and help bring in new revenue partnerships.
• Coordinate with the team to plan and execute outings, dinners, and entertainment functions.
• Support growth initiatives such as acquisitions, financing, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Must have a JD and active bar certification.
• Must have a strong network of other legal professionals, including other corporate GCs and mid/large size firm partners.
