About the Role
At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you will help develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure, transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed with digital innovation and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
- Manage project controls activities across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards.
- Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams to optimize project performance.
- Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities.
- Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage PMIS platforms, digital delivery tools, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance project execution.
- Contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution development, and strategic client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, capital project delivery processes, and project lifecycle governance.
- Experience with project controls functions including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or project closeout activities.
- Experience implementing, supporting, or utilizing PMIS platforms and project controls systems.
- Familiarity with digital project delivery, data analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
