About the Role

Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. This role offers an opportunity for sales professionals to pursue pre-qualified leads and provides unlimited earnings with an average of $80,000-$120,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement. The position includes a weekly base pay plus commission, all leads provided (no cold calls), flexible work schedules, and top industry benefits.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.
Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
Leverage pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
Serve as a trusted information resource for customers.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Proficiency in using handheld telecommunication devices, Word, Excel, and Roto-Rooter computer systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
Outside sales experience in in-home services is strongly preferred; all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
Plumbing experience is not necessary.
