About the Role
Make Ready Technicians are resourceful learners who have a knack for solving mechanical challenges. From touch-up paint to plumbing and electrical repairs, they approach obstacles head-on and deliver a positive living experience for residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our “signature service”.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the community and take care of residents' living experience.
- Serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year.
- Work through day-to-day tasks while meeting required deadlines for reoccurring community needs.
- Perform building maintenance, unit inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard.
Requirements
- Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community.
- Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
- Committed to the community’s overall appearance.
