About the Role

Oversee the daily operations at the St Thomas facility, managing budgets, personnel, wash quality, guest service, and team leadership. This role requires a strong leader to foster a positive team environment, drive results, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability by increasing sales and managing expenses.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, maintaining a safe, clean, and secure facility.
  • Oversee wash quality and implement procedures for customer satisfaction.
  • Champion exceptional guest service, train team members, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Mentor shift leaders and team members, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing disciplinary issues.
  • Oversee personnel paperwork, collaborating with leadership on hiring and onboarding.
  • Create and manage work schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Identify and respond to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chemical, POS, and facility issues.
  • Respond to equipment failures, emergencies, security concerns, and safety issues.
  • Investigate claims, review footage, document incidents, communicate with guests, and coordinate repairs.
  • Coordinate outside repairs and services, source parts, and ensure operational resources.
  • Track invoices, record costs, and manage detergent and equipment inventory.
  • Perform all POS and computer-related system tasks.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least two years of previous management experience.
  • Customer-facing car wash/retail/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Basic human resources knowledge (hiring, onboarding, employment management).
  • Strong understanding of operational principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business performance.
  • Strong financial management skills (budgeting and P&L management).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Track record for exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in building a customer-centric culture preferred.
  • POS system proficiency.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Able to travel to the United States.
