About the Role

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Sr. Photolithography Process Engineer to develop and sustain high-volume manufacturing environments, lead process characterization and development initiatives, and drive collaboration across cross-functional fab teams.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex line issues, excursion root causes, and equipment constraints using statistical process control (SPC).
  • Enhance resolution, overlay accuracy, critical dimension (CD) control, and focus-exposure margins.
  • Design, execute, and analyze photolithography processes (DUV, ArF, Dry) to improve yield and device performance.
  • Guide junior engineers, technicians, and process operators on safety, standard operating procedures, and advanced litho strategies.
  • Partner with integration, etch, and mask design teams for seamless technology node transfers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in development and sustaining high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Experience optimizing process on TEL tracks and ASML Steppers & Scanners (I Line, KrF, & dry ArF).
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Resist process with & without TARCs or BARCs on existing fab tool.
  • Experience with Overlay on ARCHER tools and CD job writing on NANOSEM & HITACHI SEMs.
