About the Role

Corpay is seeking an Enterprise Associate to support Account Managers within the Cross Border line of business. This role is crucial for managing strategic accounts, facilitating payments, and ensuring long-term client retention through proactive relationship management. You will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in managing strategic accounts and client relationships.
  • Facilitate online setups, updates, training, implementation, and integration for clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Build strong internal relationships with Operations and other departments.
  • Analyze requests and provide information to resolve client needs.
  • Set up clients online and support them on the Corpay Cross-Border platform.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information, adhering to Best Practices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to provide prompt client responses.
  • Resolve queries and payment investigations in a timely manner.
  • Perform customer verifications and ensure compliance with 'knowing your customer' principles.
  • Communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
  • Process payments accurately and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide professional service and manage internal obstacles discreetly.
  • Work quickly to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor Payment queues within internal systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, trading, and support teams to satisfy customers and drive sales.
  • Seek additional synergies as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of successful customer service experience.
  • Experience providing support for pre and post-release transactions, capturing information, and reconciling data.
  • Payment handling experience is an asset.
  • Client relationship management experience is ideal.
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot.
  • Unquestionable integrity.
  • Organized and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive queries with ownership until resolution.
  • Bilingualism (English & French) and/or additional language is a definite asset.
