About the Role

This immersive and fast-paced internship program allows participants to work on real-world projects directly tied to the challenges faced daily at the trading desk, guided by a dedicated mentor. Interns will manage and optimize infrastructure, support trading systems, and design solutions for trading and operations issues, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the trading product lifecycle, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows. The program includes bootcamps and classes to accelerate technical and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

Managing and optimising infrastructure and operational processes
Supporting trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders
Designing and implementing solutions for a range of trading and operations-related issues on the desk

Requirements

Planning to graduate in 2028
A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in growing your programming skills
A team player with a “no job too small” attitude
Interested in finance and passionate about STEM
Able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organised, reliable, and courteous
An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to use technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to reach solutions
Intellectually humble; eager to ask questions and learn new things
