About the Role

This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support office performance management and strategic growth planning at Boston Consulting Group, contributing to executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance (revenue and profit) and analyze sales trends.
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis.
• Forecast revenue and overall office financial outlook.
• Report findings to management.
• Collaborate with international offices, primarily using English via email.
• Participate in regular meetings conducted in English.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• Experience in management accounting.
• English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent is a guideline).
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel.
