About the Role
This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support office performance management and strategic growth planning at Boston Consulting Group, contributing to executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance (revenue and profit) and analyze sales trends.
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis.
- Forecast revenue and overall office financial outlook.
- Report findings to management.
- Collaborate with international offices, primarily using English via email.
- Participate in regular meetings conducted in English.
Requirements
- University degree or higher.
- Experience in management accounting.
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent is a guideline).
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel.
- Flexibility and strong communication skills.
- Ability to respond rapidly to business needs.
- Proactive and responsible approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with applications and willingness to learn new ones.
