About the Role
Partner with sales leaders at Turn/River’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth and exceed sales targets through structural and process improvements in volume, conversion, and price. Contribute to the Turn/River sales playbook, a best practices guide for B2B software sales.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders at Turn/River portfolio companies to drive revenue growth, providing guidance and support for best practice implementation.
- Continuously test and contribute to Turn/River’s sales best practices, sharing insights across the portfolio.
- Foster a sales culture focused on repeatable and predictable processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive revenue generation strategy and execution.
- Support analysis of companies during due diligence, understanding existing sales organization processes, efficiency, and performance.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in high-performing B2B software/SaaS sales.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership capacity.
- 2nd+ line leadership in sales, with experience managing managers.
- Proven ability to create sales predictability through organizational structure design and process best practices.
- Deeply data-oriented with expertise in analyzing sales funnels and deriving actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of critical elements for scaling a sales organization (hiring, team composition, org structure/design).
- Strong project management, organizational, and process management skills.
- Experience scaling mid-sized B2B software/SaaS revenue organizations with ARR between $50-500m.
