About the Role

As a Business Intelligence and Analytics consultant for manufacturing clients, you will propose solutions and deliver projects leveraging your deep experience and knowledge. Your mission is to realize clients' vision of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as either a Business Consultant or Product Consultant. The manufacturing industry is rapidly evolving with technological advancements, increasing the complexity of product planning, development, and manufacturing processes. We seek individuals who can build optimal systems for sharing digital data from the product development stage, improve operational efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead client projects to success.

Responsibilities

Engage in PLM system implementation and operation, closely observing manufacturing design and development processes.
Work directly with clients as a prime vendor, managing projects from start to finish.
Define requirements for IT challenges and transformations within specific companies and the industry.
Contribute to large-scale initiatives, including establishing standard mechanisms in Japan and expanding them globally.

Requirements

Experience in PLM system implementation or modification projects within the manufacturing industry (consulting experience is a plus).
Project management knowledge and experience (3+ years: WBS management, issue/risk/to-do management, collaboration with other teams/companies, PJ scale 10+ people).
High communication skills (strengths in proposals, client negotiation, internal coordination, vendor control, etc.).
Ability to understand and achieve client's goals.
Everyday conversation level of English proficiency.
