About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be visiting customers in their homes across Feltham, Twickenham, Hounslow and the surrounding areas, and fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again.
Responsibilities
- Visiting customers in their homes to fix appliance issues.
- Managing time effectively throughout the day.
- Keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels in the van.
- Upselling products to customers.
Requirements
- A full, valid driving licence is required.
- Self-motivation is essential.
- Strong technical skills are required.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
- Ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects.
- Ability to work in restricted spaces.
- Regular hand dexterity and colour vision are necessary.
- Ability to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires.

Salary/Compensations
- £35,124 - £39,807 depending on experience
- £35,124 per annum starting salary for candidates without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience
- £39,807 per annum starting salary for candidates with a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience
