About the Role

Medical Management Group (MMG) is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Physician Recruiter to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a medical-legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct database research
• Proactively identify and recruit physicians, specialists, and clinics through targeted outreach and high-volume cold calling, up to 100 or more calls per day
• Manage the physician and clinic onboarding and credentialing process from initial contact through completion
• Verify medical licenses and board certifications
• Review malpractice history and ensure all required credentials and documentation are obtained
• Obtain and review physician CVs and the supporting documentation
• Ensure providers meet all applicable compliance requirements
• Verify and document ADA-compliant office locations
• Communicate with providers regarding fee rates and negotiate rates and terms as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records
• Various projects as needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or similar healthcare environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be highly detail orientated
• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve creatively
• Effective multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Thorough with follow-up and documentation
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
