About the Role
As a member of a high energy, collaborative, and competitive sales team, you will play a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Your daily activities will involve making outbound sales calls to potential travelers who have expressed interest in group travel and maintaining relationships with past travelers.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage your book of business while simultaneously bringing in new business
- Maintain and practice high outreach, follow-up phone conversations
- Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
- Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish your goals
- Work 1-2 weekend days per month, taking a weekday off
- Work 1-2 late shifts per month (11:30 am - 8 pm MT)
Requirements
- Must have full work authorization without company sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills
- Naturally strong sales instincts
- Driven and competitive mindset
- Demonstrates personal accountability, self-awareness, and student mentality
- Adept in problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
- Flexible with the ability to pivot quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree

Salary/Compensations
- On-target earning potential of $55,000 (base salary starting at $45,000 and $10,000 bonus potential)
