About the Role

Third Bridge is building its AI function from scratch, and you will define its future. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead a growing team of AI Solution Engineers across London and Mumbai, and build the governance, architecture, and prioritisation frameworks that will shape how AI is embedded across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Map and own the opportunity landscape, identifying and prioritising AI automation opportunities.
  • Build the governance architecture, designing systemic protocols, agent approval frameworks, and risk controls.
  • Lead and develop AI Solution Engineers, providing direction and unblocking challenges.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions, ensuring deployments are used and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Build capability that outlasts the central team by upskilling business units.

Requirements

  • Possess commercial judgment of a senior operator.
  • Have technical credibility from building with AI.
  • Demonstrate leadership presence to establish a new function.
  • Have operational or consulting depth with real AI delivery experience.
  • Possess hands-on technical capability in prompt engineering, AI agent design, and LLM capabilities.
  • Have governance and risk fluency, with experience designing AI governance frameworks in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrate influence without authority, embedding technology solutions across organisations.
  • Be comfortable with genuine ambiguity and building structure where little existed.
