About the Role
Third Bridge is establishing a new AI function and seeking founding members to identify automation opportunities, build AI solutions, and embed them within business teams globally. This role involves understanding workflows, developing AI agents, ensuring their adoption, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
- Embed with business units to understand daily workflows and identify AI value.
- Build and deploy AI solutions, determining if AI is the best approach over traditional code.
- Train internal teams to own, iterate, and develop AI agents independently.
- Define success KPIs and proactively monitor agent performance and model updates.
- Integrate compliance and risk controls into AI builds from the outset.
- Develop prompts, playbooks, and best-practice documentation for a reusable AI library.
Requirements
- Balance of technical experience and commercial curiosity.
- Hands-on AI agent and prompt engineering experience with proven production LLM solutions.
- Business analysis skills for mapping processes and structuring problem statements.
- Technical foundations including Python, RAG, API integrations, and agent architecture (for senior roles).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach favoring shipped-and-good over perfect-and-delayed solutions.
