About the Role
As the new Change Manager, you will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring progress, flagging risks, and preventing issues. You will focus on strategic growth pillars like Sales and Automation, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments. Your role involves proactive problem-solving and driving solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a clear roadmap for strategic pillars, sequencing projects, identifying critical paths, and mitigating risks.
- Guide cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Compliance) through project lifecycles, ensuring alignment on milestones.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and dependencies, escalating issues when necessary.
- Define and implement project structures, meeting cadences, and reporting rhythms.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project or programme management, preferably with product-related delivery experience.
- Product fluency, enabling effective communication with product teams and understanding of trade-offs.
- Proven track record of delivering across business functions and building cross-functional credibility.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, adaptable approach to change management.
- Ability to connect information across silos and identify strategic actions.
