About the Role

As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. Remove junk safely from homes and businesses, drive and operate box trucks (training provided), and lift/carry/load items up to 75 lbs. Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance. No prior junk removal experience required; we provide training through daily role-play scenarios.

Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock: Brown Belt, Brown Steel-Toe Boots, Branded Polo (Provided), Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided), Sweatshirt (Provided), Navy BLUE work pants or shorts.
