About the Role
Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). This seasonal job offers outdoor work, an active role, and the opportunity to be part of a great team with flexible working hours, including weekends. No experience is needed as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Help load and unload grain trucks efficiently and safely
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean
- Assist with grain bin operations and monitor equipment
- Work outside in fall weather
- Interact respectfully with customers and co-workers
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to lift and carry 60 lbs. and do repetitive tasks
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Work outside in dusty conditions
- Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs
- Have a valid driver’s license
Skills
- Experience in handling grain is preferred, but not required
