About the Role
This role involves learning to construct masonry from natural and artificial stones, erect foundations, exterior and interior walls, and floor slabs. You will work with various building materials and gain expertise in formwork, reinforcement, and plastering. The position also includes processing and compacting fresh concrete, assembling prefabricated parts, and interpreting construction plans on-site.
Responsibilities
- Learn to construct masonry from natural and artificial stones.
- Erect foundations, exterior and interior walls, and floor slabs.
- Work with various building materials such as stones, bricks, and concrete.
- Gain expertise in the proper handling of formwork, reinforcement, and plastering.
- Process and compact fresh concrete.
- Learn to assemble prefabricated parts.
- Learn to read construction plans and implement them on the construction site under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Adhere to current quality standards, safety regulations, and work standards on construction sites.
Requirements
- Possess a Hauptschulabschluss or Realschulabschluss (German secondary school qualifications).
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Possess manual dexterity and good spatial reasoning skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and diligence are essential.
- Team player with a desire to learn and grow with experienced professionals.
