About the Role
DR. EMI ARPA Skin GmbH is seeking talented individuals to actively shape the company's growth. Potential areas of involvement include Marketing & E-Commerce, with opportunities to contribute strategically, creatively, operationally, and hands-on.
Responsibilities
- E-Commerce & Shop Management: Further development of our online shop (Shopify), optimization of product pages, funnels, and conversion rates, testing, tracking & ongoing performance optimization.
- Performance Marketing & Paid Media: Planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok), KPI-driven steering, A/B testing, creative briefings, close collaboration with Content & Brand to develop compelling advertising materials.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Building and further developing email & WhatsApp flows, welcome campaigns, cart abandonment, re-activation & loyalty, segmentation, personalization & analysis of measures.
- Data, Analytics & Tools: Building and maintaining dashboards & reports, deriving data-based recommendations for action, supporting the selection and integration of new tools.
Requirements
- First professional experience in a digital environment (e.g., E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, CRM, or digital projects) – preferably in a brand, agency, or start-up.
- Structured and independent work style, with a focus on operational implementation.
- Comfortable with KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and dermatology.
- Team player with clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to contribute ideas and actively shape a growing structure.
