About the Role
T1 Energy is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Analyst to manage and scale our people technology infrastructure, focusing initially on HRIS and benefits integration, and expanding into broader digital systems and automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal technical expert and day-to-day owner of UKG Pro and BenHub.
- Act as the primary liaison between T1 Energy and UKG's integration consultants, managing cases and driving resolution on system configuration issues.
- Manage all benefit carrier file feeds (834 EDI), including Cigna, BCBS TX, Relliance MetLife, WEX, and Carrot, monitoring transmissions, identifying errors, and coordinating corrections.
- Perform ongoing eligibility reconciliation between UKG Pro, BenHub, and all benefit carriers.
- Partner with the internal HR team to accurately process new hires, terminations, life events, plan changes, and open enrollment configurations.
- Reconfigure and expand system setups as the company grows, onboarding new entities, adding component companies, and mapping benefit plans for new populations.
- Partner with the operations team to identify manual workflows that can be automated through system integrations or scripted processes.
- Assist in building internal dashboards and reporting tools for HR and operational data visibility.
- Help evaluate and onboard new software vendors by assessing integration feasibility and data mapping requirements.
- Serve as a technical resource for cross-functional teams looking to reduce manual data entry and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- Technically sharp and operationally grounded, understanding HR processes and supporting systems.
- Clear communicator capable of translating complex system behavior and business requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in system data.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to manage multiple vendor relationships and open items simultaneously.
- Energized by building and improving scalable systems infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with both UKG Pro and BenHub is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing 834 EDI benefit carrier file feeds, including error identification, troubleshooting, and carrier coordination.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or post-acquisition HR system integrations.
- Background in benefits administration or HR technology at a growing or scaling company.
- Proven ability to work directly with UKG technical consultants to open cases, escalate issues, and drive configuration changes.
- Experience with eligibility reconciliation across HRIS and benefit carrier systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of catching system discrepancies before they become employee-facing problems.
