About the Role

As a prime vendor, you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of business applications supporting customer DX initiatives, from solution selection and requirements definition to basic design and operation, collaborating with DXC's domestic and international members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end services from solution selection, requirements definition, and basic design to operation for business applications supporting customer DX.
• Collaborate with domestic and international DXC members as a prime vendor.

Requirements

• Experience as a PM/PL in SI projects for the public infrastructure domain at an SIer or consulting firm.
• For Project Managers: Project management experience for projects of 50 person-months or more, or with teams of 10 or more people.
• For Project Managers: Experience negotiating with clients regarding proposals, estimates, and project baselines such as scope and budget.
• For Project Managers: Project management experience in highly public systems or core business systems, regardless of industry.
• For Project Managers: Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
• For Project Managers: Experience as a project leader in large-scale projects is a plus.
• For Project Managers: Project experience with AWS/Azure is a plus.
• For Project Managers: Project experience utilizing offshore resources is a plus.
• For Project Leaders: Experience leading a project team of 5 or more people.
• For Project Leaders: Experience as a project leader or aspiring to be a project leader in highly public systems or core business systems, regardless of industry.
• For Project Leaders: 4 or more years of development experience is a plus.
• For Project Leaders: Design skills including basic design to internal design and test specification creation experience.
• For Project Leaders: Program development experience with Java or .NET Framework, and system testing.
• For Project Leaders: Experience with normalization, logical design, physical design, and SQL creation for Oracle or SQL Server.
• For Project Leaders: Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
• For Project Leaders: Experience utilizing offshore resources is a plus.
