About the Role
The CTS Professional Services team builds and deploys solutions for engaging video experiences using our “Video Platform” product, serving clients in the UK, Europe, and APAC. We integrate with unique customer workflows and solve business problems using a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach, with artificial intelligence central to our strategy.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of customer-specific solutions, components, and infrastructure.
- Review solution and infrastructure designs for scalability, reliability, security, and best practices.
- Integrate and ingest large customer data sets into core products and platforms.
- Develop automation and ingestion capabilities to transform customer-specific data and metadata.
- Develop integrations and bespoke solutions for data connection, migration, transformation, and exchange.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Support testing, validation, installation, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Develop and enhance tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery frameworks.
- Create, maintain, and support customer implementations, ensuring documentation and operational sustainability.
- Engage directly with customers in workshops and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with global support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing third-line support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Python.
- API's experience.
- Understanding of Java.
- Understanding of Serverless/Container-Orchestrator.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and action-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
