About the Role
The Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for providing detailed technical support relating to the organization’s supply chain solutions, optimization, processes, and resource utilization. The primary objective is to achieve cost benefits, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction through optimal administration of supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the necessary processes and systems exist for the buying team to execute daily activities.
- Ensures the flow of materials, products, services, and information.
- Engages with vendors and clients, intervening when queries are escalated.
- Participates in the buying process, including the final resolution of problems and queries.
- Ensures necessary processes are in place for continuous client satisfaction.
- Participates in pre-sales processes and/or successes to ensure portfolio growth.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to create optimal client solution designs and develop procedures/systems for commercial supply chain projects, ensuring commercial readiness.
- Works on strategic projects to identify supply chain delivery risks and drive solution implementation.
- Assists with other relevant tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage work processes.
- Good knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
- Good client service orientation and impeccable relationship-building skills.
- Analytical orientation and ability to continually identify mechanisms for improved service delivery.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of client business needs and the associated company delivery model.
- Seasoned experience relevant to the field within a large-scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment.
- Seasoned experience in service delivery within a supply chain environment.

Salary/Compensations
- $65,000 - $90,000 annually
