About the Role

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, your day is shaped by movement, energy, and connection. You’ll spend your time providing prompt and courteous service to all bar guests, including taking orders, suggestive selling, preparing and serving beverages, and the clearing/setting of the bar top and tables. You will play a key role in fostering a high-energy environment driven by passion for excellence.

Delivering fast, accurate service while maintaining a friendly, engaging presence with guests
Executing all responsibilities with professionalism, precision, and a consistent focus on creating an exceptional guest experience
Anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections
Reconciling transactions at the end of each shift, cash out, and maintain a balanced bank
Ensuring sequence of service is followed for all guests
Accommodating guests’ special requests whenever possible
Processing payments according to POS and cash handling procedures
Ensuring all checks are closed out timely
Assisting coworkers as needed to complete required activities and deliver amplified service
Always smiling and offering a warm greeting to all

Requirements

At least four years of prior experience, ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to stay patient under pressure
Ability to approach every situation with tact and professionalism
Comfortable reconciling transactions at the end of each shift, cash out, and maintain a balanced bank
Understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels
Ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Detail-oriented
Highly organized
