About the Role
As an S&C Electric Canada team member, you’ll work on tasks and projects that have real-world impact, helping to transform the grid for resilient and reliable power worldwide. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring strong teamwork, clear communication, and high standards of quality and performance.
- Manage project scope to ensure delivery within approved budget and schedule; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions as needed.
- Initiate, review, and evaluate third‑party supplier proposals and contracts.
- Oversee internal and external resources to ensure effective project execution and alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Conduct high‑level technical investigations related to product design features and performance.
- Demonstrate or develop a working knowledge of applicable regulations, by‑laws, standards, and specifications, including OESC and CSA requirements related to S&C manufacturing products.
- Identify project issues, provide technical analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare clear reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management.
- Provide regular, structured project status updates to senior leadership.
- Participate in meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to team members.
- Deliver effective customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or diploma in engineering, project management or related field.
- PMP OR Prince2 certification is required.
- 5+ year of project supervision or project management experience.
- Experience with engineering and manufacturing projects is an asset.

- Target bonus percentage for this role is 10% of annual base earnings
