About the Role
Worth Finance Corporation is seeking a dedicated Account Representative to join our on-site Call Center team in Austin, TX. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their loan process with clarity and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
- Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
- Work with customers to collect past due balances and payments.
- Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
- Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
- Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
- Deliver a great customer service experience.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of data entry and customer files.
