About the Role

Beyond Imaging is setting new standards in diagnostic imaging with its 'Imaging as a Service' model, providing AI-powered technology, reliable processes, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and qualified personnel to support medical partners. With over ten years of market experience, 16 locations across Germany, and around 200 employees, we are an established partner for high-quality, future-oriented MRI and CT imaging. One of our two diagnostic centers in Berlin, located near KaDeWe and Europa-Center, is seeking to expand its team.

Responsibilities

Receive and care for patients in our radiological diagnostic center.
Communicate with physicians regarding upcoming examinations.
Perform administrative tasks in the RIS/PACS system.
Document examinations and ensure quality assurance.
Position patients according to examination requirements.
Potentially support remote MT-Rs via chat and phone.
Monitor patients and ensure the smooth running of examinations.
Administer contrast media and insert access lines.
Perform radiological examinations from head to toe using MRI, including special examinations (Cardio-MRI).
Provide technical guidance to the team and collaborate with Center Management.
Ensure quality management standards (e.g., emergency kit) and internal process guidelines.
Create duty rosters for the Examination Team.
Occasionally support the Berlin-Mitte location (near Friedrichstraße).

Requirements

Successfully completed training as a Medical Technician for Radiology / MT-R or MTRA (all genders), or recognized MT-R status based on alternative qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years of practical professional experience with MRI.
Ideally, initial experience in team leadership and employee communication.
In-depth knowledge and experience in performing Cardio-MRI examinations.
Very good German language skills are essential.
Empathy and absolute service orientation in dealing with patients and customers.
Team-oriented work style.
Above-average quality and responsibility awareness.
IT affinity and confident PC skills.
