About the Role
As a Strategy Consultant / CEO Office (m/w/d), you will work directly with the management team on the company's most important growth and performance levers. Your focus will be on data-driven optimization of our existing business model, not just strategic initiatives. You will analyze funnel performance, identify growth barriers, develop concrete optimization measures across the entire go-to-market strategy, and implement them with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will combine analytical excellence with operational execution – always with the goal of making growth more efficient, scalable, and profitable. The role operates at the intersection of management, marketing, sales, business analytics, and operations. You will work quantitatively, hypothesis-driven, and with high ownership on topics such as conversion optimization, CAC/LTV logic, funnel management, process improvements, and KPI-based company management. We are not looking for classic strategy consultants who only formulate recommendations, but for people with high analytical acuity and a genuine builder mentality – individuals who solve problems structurally, prioritize quickly, and bring sustainable performance improvements directly into implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end funnels across the entire customer journey – from lead acquisition to enrollment – and systematically identify conversion potentials.
- Develop data-based measures to improve key KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, show-up rates, ramp-up times, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Analytics to quickly test, prioritize, and scale growth levers.
- Optimize the go-to-market strategy across channels, target groups, messaging, and operational processes.
- Support the development of scalable revenue and performance structures with clear KPI logic.
- Derive concrete recommendations for action from data for marketing, sales, and growth teams.
- Work quantitatively and data-driven on the management of key company figures.
- Develop dashboards, reporting logic, and decision-making bases for management.
- Analyze performance data, identify patterns early, and derive concrete optimization measures.
- Work directly with the founder and management team on strategic priorities and cross-functional projects.
- Bring structure, speed, and clarity to complex growth and transformation topics.
- Take responsibility for high-impact projects from analysis to operational implementation.
Requirements
- Strategic acumen & ownership mentality: Think entrepreneurially, quickly identify levers, and develop scalable solutions. Take responsibility for results – not just recommendations.
- 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience: Bring experience from venture building, strategy consulting, growth, business analytics, revenue operations, or an early-stage startup, and ideally have already managed end-to-end projects.
- Analytical excellence & willingness to implement: Work quantitatively, KPI-oriented, and hypothesis-driven. Topics like funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and business analytics excite you – and you can translate data into concrete actions.
- Growth & performance mindset: Understand growth logic along marketing, sales, and revenue funnels and enjoy measurably improving performance – from conversion rates to revenue impact.
- Ambiguity tolerance & pragmatism: Navigate dynamic environments with confidence, prioritize quickly, and develop pragmatic solutions with high implementation speed.
- Technology understanding & systems thinking: Think in terms of processes, data flows, and scalable systems. Experience with analytics, automation, no-code, APIs, or AI-supported work is a plus.
- Clarity in communication & collaborative attitude: Communicate clearly, precisely, and solution-oriented, and work confidently with various stakeholders and teams.
- Linguistic proficiency: Possess excellent German skills (C2 or native) and very good English skills in a professional work environment.
