About the Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work alongside founders and the Senior Launch Manager to bring new newsoul studios to life across Germany and internationally. You will learn our operational playbook and grow into someone capable of running a launch independently, revolutionizing the massage industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire process of making a new studio operational, including recruiting and onboarding the local team, negotiating with service providers, setting up processes, and coordinating stakeholders from preparation through go-live.
• Pioneer newsoul's first international openings by navigating regulatory frameworks, building local supplier and hiring pipelines, and adapting the operational playbook for new markets.
• Track ramp-up metrics, operational KPIs, and customer signals to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the founding team.
• Improve existing processes and standardize workflows across studios to ensure smoother openings.
• Undertake strategic operations projects such as building internal tools, rethinking information flow, or exploring AI and automation for manual tasks.

Requirements

• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree and be in a Master's program, between degrees, or in a deliberate gap phase.
• Possess hands-on experience in a high-pace environment (consulting, fast-scaling startup, or similar).
• Demonstrate an operational instinct for identifying and fixing issues proactively.
• Exhibit curiosity for new markets and problem-solving in complex situations.
• Show affinity for technology and AI, with a preference for building smart workflows over manual tasks.
• Communicate with clarity in both German and English.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
