About the Role
Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes for members, creating a fun and challenging workout environment that accommodates participants of varying abilities and intensities.
Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes that promote maximum participation, providing modifications and accommodations for participants of varying abilities and intensities.
- Motivate and inspire participants by designing and delivering fresh and fun workout routines.
- Monitor participants to ensure proper form and technique, and provide guidance on injury prevention measures.
Requirements
- Must have SPIN INSTRUCTION Certificate or equivalent experience in SPIN and Group Cycling Classes.
- Must be available mornings as early as 6:00 AM.
- Current Personal Training Certificate Required.
- Current First Aid with CPR/AED certification.
- Current Personal Professional Liability coverage.
- Availability to teach morning, evening, and weekend classes.
