About the Role

The FP&A Analyst will partner with the Japan CRM commercial team, leading and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. This role also involves controlling expenses, headcount, and working capital, with potential support for global function teams and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Japan CRM commercial team.
• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Japan CRM business.
• Control capital expenses, variable and fixed operating expenses, headcount management, and working capital.
• Provide periodic support, such as month-end reports, to Japan-based global function teams.
• Drive strategic projects for CRM or the overall AMJ enterprise as directed.
• Assist in ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial statements and compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience, preferably for a multinational company.
• Strong Excel skills.
